A Team is a local collaboration workspace

A Team combines a Coordinator and member Assistant slots around one workspace. Each slot owns an independent conversation and Agent session; the Team Activity view aggregates their work without merging those sessions.

Create a Team

    Choose a template or start directly

    Select the Coordinator, members, workspace, aliases, and delegated-task permission policy.

  2. 2

    Review the instance

    Confirm the final roster. The Team stores an independent snapshot, so later template edits do not silently alter it.

  3. 3

    Send to the Coordinator

    The Coordinator can delegate explicit task batches or route messages to members.

Routing and messages

  • Use @mentions for a specific member and @team for the whole Team.
  • Chat, context, status, question, and answer have distinct delivery semantics.
  • The task board shows queued, running, blocked, completed, failed, cancelled, and skipped work.
  • A blocked decision returns to the Coordinator instead of guessing the user’s intent.

Safety boundaries

Team work stays local

Team tasks, messages, Agent prompts, and workspace paths are persisted locally. They are not sent through the Orylo account backend.
