# Account & devices

Manage sign-in, access, and activated Macs without syncing your work.

<a id="sign-in"></a>

## Use the same account

Use Apple or Google to sign in on the Mac and on the [account page](https://orylo.io/en/account). Complete authorization in your browser and return to the app when prompted.

Use the same sign-in identity for your entitlement. An Apple private relay address and a Google address are not automatically treated as the same account. There is no license-key entry step.

<a id="access"></a>

## Understand access

The first eligible sign-in starts a seven-day trial, once per account. When the trial ends, sending and the Action Bar require valid purchase access; history and settings remain available.

Provider subscriptions and API usage are separate. Orylo does not include model credits. Check the current purchase screen and [Terms of Service](https://orylo.io/en/terms) for the offer and refund conditions, rather than relying on a price copied into this guide.

The end of update eligibility is not the same as the end of a valid purchased right to use the covered version.

## Manage your Macs

A personal license allows up to two active Macs, with up to four activations in a rolling 30-day period, including the first two. During valid trial or purchased access, deactivate an old Mac on the account page, then use Refresh access in the app on the Mac you want to activate.

Deactivation does not refund an activation slot in the rolling count, erase local work, or immediately revoke an already cached offline verification. Offline access on a deactivated Mac can last until that verification expires, at most 72 hours. Trial expiry can end access earlier.
